Health & Medical Sciences Postgraduates & Researchers: Literature Searching part 1: Searching databases for your dissertation/research paper Online

This workshop will demonstrate how to search databases, available within the EBSCOhost and Ovid Online platforms, using a combination of MeSH (Subject Heading) terms and your own free text (keyword terms). Databases available through these platforms include APA PsycINFO, Cinahl, Embase, Food Science Source, Global Health and Medline.

Other databases outside of these platforms, such as Scopus and Web of Science, will also briefly be covered.
