Searching evidence-based literature for NHS staff Online

Aimed at all healthcare staff (who are not doctors) working at, or affiliated with St George’s NHS Trust, who want to find  evidence-based literature for their work and CPD. For doctors see 'Searching Evidence-based literature Online workshop for NHS doctors'.

What does it cover?

In this session, your NHS Librarian will guide you through the NHS Knowledge & Library Hub and other essential online resources (see below). 

The workshop includes:

You'll learn how to navigate these tools efficiently and use them to find high quality evidence-based articles, ebooks, databases, guidelines etc to support your work in patient care, service improvements, teaching, clinical audit or CPD.

IMPORTANTAn OpenAthens login will be necessary to access these resources. Register for an OpenAthens account We recommend registering at least two days prior to the workshop.
