Study pods - Northampton Square Library

Study Pods can only be used during staffed hours (09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and 12:00 to 18:00 at the weekends during term time).  

The Study Pods are not wheelchair accessible. If you need a step-free, private study space contact us.

Location

Find the Study Pods on Level 2, next to the Library Help Desk. You’ll need your ID card to access the area.

Using pods

• Pods are ventilated.
• The pod has an internal light, you can adjust the intensity and the temperature using the switch.
• Pods are sound-proofed but be mindful of noise levels and keep the door closed.

Equipment

Laptop stands can be borrowed from the Library Helpdesk (8:30am-9pm, Monday to Friday). For more loanable equipment, see our Accessibility Guide.
